FACTS :
The matter is heard today dated 11.06.2010 through video conferencing. The appellant is represented by Shri Jayakantan. The Public Authority is represented by Ms. S. Lata, President of the Society and Shri R. Murlidharan, Deputy Registrar(Legal).
2. It is noticed that the appellant had requested for a host of information with special focus on the termination of services of one Irisappan. The CPIO had resp;onded to it vide letter dated 30.3.2009. The Appellate Authority had disposed of the matter vide order dated 25.6.2009.
3. The parties are heard. The appellant is not satisfied with the information provided to him. On the other hand, Shri Murlidharan would submit that the appellant has requested for vague and non-specific information and that if the appellant is directed to ask for pointed information, the CPIO will supply the same.
DECISION
4. In view of the above, the appellant is advised to seek specific information from the CPIO. On receipt of such request, the CPIO would provide specific parawise information in 04 weeks time.
5. The matter is decided accordingly.
