Section 113(1) in The Navy (Pay And Allowances) Regulations, 1966
(1)The right to receive the leave allowances admissible on casual leave or annual leave is contingent on the return to duty of the officer within the period of leave granted; and if he fails to do so or if the period of absence is converted into other leave, his leave allowances shall be readjusted accordingly.
