                                                         ORDER

1. On the last date of hearing, Mr. Amit Sibal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the appellant had addressed lengthy arguments in the matters, but we were not persuaded by the submissions made.

2. At that stage, a request was made to this Court that the appellant be permitted to negotiate a settlement with the respondents-flat buyers and the developer. At the request, the matters were adjourned.

3. Today, Mr. Sibal, learned Senior counsel, states that a settlement could not Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by be worked out with the respondents-flat buyers.

4. If that is the position, then the appeals having already been heard on merits 1  CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5188 OF 2023 on the last date of hearing, need no further consideration and the same are dismissed.

5. Pending applications are disposed of.
