Section 10(1) in The General Grading and Marking Rules, 1988

(1)Grade designation marks shall consist of Agmark labels of different types, namely, tie-on-labels, paste-on-labels, benderol labels, etc. Each Agmark label shall carry letters indicating series and serial number.
