Section 86(1)(a) in Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005

(a)When any building worker has to proceed to or from any working placed by water for purposes of carrying on a building or other construction work, proper measures are to provide for his safe transportation and vessels used for such purpose are used in charge of a responsible person and are property equipped for safe navigation and are maintained in good condition;
