Section 19 in The Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers Act, 2011
19. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provision of this Act, the State Government may, by order published in the official Gazette as the occasion may require do anything which appears to it be necessary to remove the difficulty.
