Section 4(3) in The Gujarat Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2003
(3)The Collector of a district shall be competent within his jurisdiction to receive the complaint under sub-section (1) and he shall forward such complaint along with his report to the State Government at the earliest and shall send a copy of the complaint to the concerned Superintendent of Police or Commissioner of Police, as the case may be, for investigation.
