Section 15(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) Regulations, 2015
(1)While considering the application and the information furnished by the applicant and its eligibility, the Authority may, if it so desires, verify the information in any manner, as it deems necessary, including by physical verification of documents, office space, and inspection of the availability of office space, infrastructure, and technological support which the applicant is required to have.
