Section 158(1) in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Act, 1974
(1)No society shall open a branch or a place of business outside the State of Tripura and no co-operative society registered under any law in any other State or Union territory, shall open a branch or a place of business in the State of Tripura without the permission of the Registrar.
