learned Senior Advocate appearing for the respondents, it is agreed 17:07:29 IST Reason: by the learned Senior Advocate appearing for the State of Karnataka 1 SLP(C) Nos. 3585-3586/2024 that the iron ore fines, measuring 5,90,000 metric tons may be sold by way of an e-auction to be conducted by the MSTC Limited. The said exercise will be undertaken within a period of four weeks from today.
The State of Karnataka/ MSTC Limited will fix the floor price, which will not be less than ₹2,725/- per metric ton in addition to taxes. In case the e-auction fails, it will be open to the parties to move an application before this Court for appropriate relief/orders.
Re-list in the week commencing 14.10.2024.
