Section 97(1) in The Gujarat Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region and Kutch) Area Act, 1958
(1)For the purposes of this Act, there shall be a Tribunal called the Agricultural Lands Tribunal for each tahsil or taluka or for such areas as the State Government may think fit.
