Section 25(1) in The Krantiguru Shyamji Krishna Verma Kachchh University Act, 2003
(1)There shall be a Dean of each faculty who shall be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor by rotation in the manner as prescribed by the Statutes from amongst persons who are Heads of the University Departments and Chairpersons of Boards of Studies.
