Section 44(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1968
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the procedure to be followed by the Controller, the Rent Tribunal, the Appellate Board, or the Administrative Tribunal in all inquiries, appeals and proceedings under this Act shall be such as may be prescribed.
