Section 47(1) in Gujarat Wild Animals and Wild Birds Protection Act, 1963
(1)except on the complaint or report of the Wild Life Preservation Officer or may officer authorized by him or of any Forest or Police Officer or of any mother officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf; and
