(2)It shall not be lawful for the University to impose on any person any test whatsoever relating to sex, race, creed, class, place of birth, religious belief or profession, or political or other opinion, in order to entitle him to be admitted as a teacher or a student, or hold any office or post in the University, or qualify for any degree, diploma, certificate, or other academic distinction, or enjoy or exercise any privileges of the University or any benefaction thereof.
