Section 9(1) in The Maharashtra Prevention Of Dangerous Activities Of Slumlords, Bootleggers, Drug-Offenders, Dangerous Persons And Video Pirates Act, 1981
(1)The State Government shall, whenever necessary, constitute one or more Advisory Boards for the purposes of this Act.
