Section 8 in The Actuaries (Election To The Council) Rules, 2008
8. Number of Members to be elected .-The Council shall, before the forty-five days of last date of receipt of nominations, publish on the web-site of the Institute in Form A regarding the number of Members to be elected and calling for nominations of candidates for election by the date and time published under sub-rule (2) of rule 4.
