5. Powers and duties of the Chief Executive Officer.
(1)The Chief Executive Officer shall be a whole time Officer of the Authority.(2)The Chief Executive Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be specified in the regulations or delegated to him by the Authority.
