Section 13(b) in The U.P. (Regulation Of Building Operations) Directions, 1960
(b)Streets, which are likely to be extended to serve other areas or those which are more than 400 feet in length, shall have a minimum width of 40 feet and those which are more than 660 feet in length, shall have a minimum width of 60 feet and those which extend to more than 2,000 feet in length, shall have a minimum width of 80 feet.
