Section 11(2) in Punjab Gau-Sewa Commission Act, 2014
(2)The meetings of the Commission shall be convened by the Chairperson who shall preside over the meeting and in the absence of Chairperson, [the Vice-Chairperson shall preside over the meeting and in the absence of Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson, the members present shall elect] [Substituted 'the members present shall elect' by Punjab Act No. 18 of 2016, dated 13.5.2016] one from amongst them to preside over such meeting.
