Section 2 in Bihar Police Driver Cadre Rules, 2017
2. Definition.
- In the Rules, unless the context otherwise requires-(a)"Board" means The Central Selection Board (Constable Recruitment);(b)"Cadre Controlling Authority" means The Director General of Police, Bihar;(c)"Appointing Authority" means Senior Superintendent of Police/ Superintendent of Police/Commandant/Officers of equivalent rank.(d)"Cadre" means Bihar Police Driver Cadre.
