(PER : HONOURABLE MS. JUSTICE SONIA GOKANI) Mr. Parth Divyeshwar, learned Central Standing Government Counsel states that the respondents No.1 and 2 will be represented by Mr. Devang Vyas, Assistant Solicitor General of India and the respondents No. 3 to 6 are represented by concerned Commissioner who shall take their own call for appointing the advocate and he ensures that he will communicate the same to the concerned authority for doing the needful.

On hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, we notice that from the time this Court issued the notice; adjudication of the case is not being insisted and therefore there is no requirement to pass any further order in this regard. List this matter on 06th April, 2021.
