Section 20 in Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991
20. Annual Accounts.
- The Executive Council shall prepare during each financial year the annual accounts of the University of the preceding financial year and submit them to such audit as the Government may direct before the end of the financial year. The accounts so audited shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette and copies thereof together with copies of audit report shall be submitted to the Academic Senate not later than two years from the end of the financial year to which the accounts relate and also to the Government.
