13. Information to be supplied by the management of different industrial establishments and Trade Unions.
- The Returning Officer or his authozed representative may, for the purpose of preparing an electoral roll, send letters of request in Form P to the Trade Union and the management(s) of any industrial establishment which is in any way concerned with the election, and every person receiving such letter shall furnish ten copies of the information called for therein within one month from the date of receipt of the request.
