Section 9(2)(a) in Goa (Regulation of Land Development and Building Construction) Act, 2008

(a)In respect of areas, which are not declared as planning areas under section 18 of the Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974 (Act 21 of 1975), no objection certificate shall be necessary to be obtained from the Town and Country Planning Department from planning point of view.
