Section 38(1) in Agricultural University Act, 1969
(1)The Board shall constitute a Finance Committee consisting of the following members, namely, the Vice-Chancellor, a Secretary to the State Government, the Comptroller and one person to be selected by the Board from amongst its non-official members.
