193. Liability for offence in relation to water supply.
- If any offence relating to water-supply is committed under this Act in any premises connected with the municipal waterworks, the owner, the person primarily liable for payment of property tax, and the occupier of the said premises shall be jointly and severally liable for such offence.Chapter-XXIII Drainage and SewerageA.
