Section 9(1) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(1)The State Government shall have the power to cause an inspection to be made by such person or persons as it may direct of the University, its buildings, sports facilities infrastructure, libraries, laboratories, museum, workshop, and equipments of any college, institution or centre maintained, or affiliated to the University, and also of the teaching, and other works conducted by the University and of the conduct of examination held by the University, and to cause an inquiry to be made in like manner in respect of any matter connected with the administration, academic affairs and finances of the University or Colleges.
