Section 11(1) in Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University Act, 1963
(1)The Vice-Chancellor shall be a whole time officer and shall be appointed by the Chancellor. He shall be paid a salary of three thousand rupees per mensem inclusive of pension, if any.
