(7)(a)Stages suspended by ropes or chain shall be secured as far as possible so as to prevent their swinging.(b)Fibre ropes shall not be used for suspending stages except where such stages are suspended from rope reaved through blocks.[Safe means of access shall be provided for the use of workers to and from stages, Ropes used for suspending stages shall not be used as means of access.] [Inserted by ibid.]
