Section 108 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
108.
The qualifications and the scale of pay for the post of the Registrar shall be fixed by the Council with the previous approval of the State Government. In respect of grant of leave and travelling and other allowances to the Registrar the Council shall generally be guided by the principles laid down in the Civil Services Rules of the State.
