JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 17/11/2021 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal is pending before the Jaipur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur (Downloaded on 22/11/2021 at 09:29:50 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-9074/2021] since 2018 and he further prayed that the tribunal be directed to decide the appeal within a period of six months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case and also considering the limited prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Jaipur Development Authority Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur to decide the appeal within a period of six months.
