Section 32 in The Rajasthan Municipalities Accounts Rules, 1963
32.
The Engineer, Water Works, Superintendent or other officer in-charge of water works shall certify on the back of the application when the work has been completed that the pipes and fittings have been examined by him and are in accordance with the specifications entered in the application and where there has been any variation from such specification, what variations have been made and whether they are in accordance with the rules.
