Section 5(9)(f) in Andhra Pradesh Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2007

(f)On ceasing to function as a Establishment, or in case there is a change of category or change in address, both copies of the certificate of registration shall be surrendered to the Registering Authority and fresh registration shall be obtained after following the prescribed procedure.
