Section 13(1) in New Mangalore Part Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation 2009
(1)Any person aggrieved by orders of the Chairman granting or refusing to grant a license or renewing to renew a license or suspending s license under these regulation may prefer an appeal in writing to the Central Government within 30 days of the communication of the orders appealed against.
