Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Import, Export and Transport of Indian Liquor and Foreign Liquor-Permits) Rules, 2005
1. Short title extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Import, Export and Transport of Indian Liquor and Foreign Liquor-Permits) Rules, 2005(2)They shall extend to all the areas where the Andhra Pradesh Excise Act, 1968 is in force.(3)They shall come into force at once.
