ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought information regarding Kendriya Vihar - II, sector 25 project of the CGEWHO and the enhanced and cost demanded by the HUDA in the year 2012 & 2017. He specifically sought certified copies of Demand Notices and reminders sent by HUDA toCGEWHO regarding the demand of Rs. 2,22,18,247/-
and 33,39,978/- dated 19.12.2012, copy of show cause Notice dated 29.04.2016 sent by HUDA to theCGEWHO, copy of order dated 15.06.2017 passed by Estate officer, HUDA videwhich penalty of Rs. 42,73,489/-hadbeen imposed upon the CGEWHO,certified copy of noting sheets of the concerned file where thedecision regarding stoppage ofexecution ofconveyance deed has been taken etc. on total fourteen points. The CPIO on 08.05.2018, gave a point wise reply and on point nos. 7 to 10 stated that information sought is not on records.Not having received any information, the appellant filed first appeal and the FAA had vide his order dated 22.06.2018, provided copy of the CPIO's reply along with all the enclosures. Being dissatisfied, the appellant approached this Commission.

2. Upon perusal of the records and submissions made by the parties, the Commission directs the respondent authority to facilitate inspection of complete records on 31.08.2018 at 11.00 AM and provide certified copies of the documents selected by the appellant free of cost. Disposed of SD/-
