PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition has been filed under Article 227 of the
Constitution of India, to direct the learned Additional District Judge,
Chengalpet to dispose O.S.No.18 of 2020 within a time frame fixed by this
Court.

ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet, to dispose O.S.No.18 of 2020 within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
2. This suit was filed only in 2020 and when this Court expressed its view that there may be several old cases pending and it is not possible to give such direction, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed that I.A.No.3 of 2020 filed for seeking permanent injunction restraining the respondents 1 to 6 from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property till the disposal of the suit, may be ordered to be disposed of, within a time frame.

3. In view of this request, the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpet, is directed to dispose I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.18 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly.
However, there is no order as to costs.
