Section 20(1) in Tamil Nadu Hostels and Homes for Women and Children (Regulation) Act, 2014
(1)Any person who fails to obtain a licence under section 5 or 6, shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to two years and with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees.
