(2)Before any young person is allowed to work on any machine, plant or process specified in sub-rule (2) the Manager or any other responsible person duly authorised by the Manager, shall give a certificate in Form No. 33 and every such certificate shall be kept and maintained in the form of a bound book and the said register shall be produced before an Inspector forthwith whenever demanded by him.
