3. Establishment of the Board
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training with effect from such date and under such means as may be specified in the notification.(2)The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to enter into contracts and may, by the said name sue or be sued.
