Section 24(4) in Assam Urban Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1985
(4)Except as otherwise directed by the State Government, all moneys belonging to the Boards fund shall be deposited either in the State Bank of India or in such other Scheduled Bank, or invested in such securities, as may be approved by the State Government.
