Section 23(3) in The First Statutes of Indian Institute of Technology Goa, 2017
(3)It shall be the duty of the Head to see that the teaching, research and development, administrative and other activities and the decisions of the Authorities of the Institute and of Director are faithfully carried out. He or She shall perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her by the Director.
