33. Withholding or reduction of grant to an affiliated college. -
The Board may. on the recommendation of the Academic and Activity Council, recommend the State Government to withhold or reduce the grant to an affiliated college which, on a report by inspection committee or otherwise, is found to be making persistent default in carrying out the conditions of affiliation.
