Section 13 in The West Bengal Minorities Commission Act, 1996
13. Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Members and staff of the Commission to be public servants. -
The Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Member and employees of the Commission shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
