(6)The legal practitioners appointed under this section shall not be competent to plead or act against any [Gram Panchayat] [Substituted 'Gram Sabha' by U.P. Act No. 4 of 2016, dated 11.3.2016.], Gram Panchayat or Bhumi Prabandhak Samiti before any Court for which he is so appointed.
