Section 23(4) in The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Compensation, Rehabilitation and Resettlement, Development Plan) Rules, 2015
(4)The salary and allowances payable to and the other terms and conditions of service (including pension, gratuity and other retirement benefits) of the officers and employees of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority shall be the same as applicable to the equivalent officers of the Central Government.
