16. Appointment of Officers and Staff.
(1)The Government may, in such manner as maybe prescribed, appoint such number of Officers and Staff as they consider necessary for assisting the Board to exercise its powers and perform its functions under this Act.(2)The method of appointment, salary and allowances, discipline and other conditions of service of the Officers and Staff appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
