     This Writ Appeal filed under Section 4 of the
Karnataka High Court Act praying to set aside the order
passed in the Writ Petition No.21085/2005(S) dated
13.04.2011.

      This Writ Appeal coming on for final hearing this
day, K.L.Manjunath J., delivered the following:-

                     JUDGMENT

The parties have filed a joint memo. 3

2. They have settled the dispute according to the joint memo. The appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,33,092/- to the respondent after deducting the dues towards normal rent, water and electricity charges, etc., in full and final settlement of the claim of the respondent. The respondent has agreed to receive the same.

3. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal is disposed off by modifying the order of the Learned Single Judge in terms of the joint memo.
