1. The petitioner, who is Journalist has come before this Court for anticipatory bail in Crime No.5/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 353, 332, 327 and 506 of IPC at Police Station--Manawar, District--Dhar, registered on the written complaint of the Principal, Higher Secondary School, Ganpur.
2. It is alleged by the Principal of the School that during the school time, the petitioner was interfering in the administration of School. He was threatening the staff not to take any action against erring students or the students, who are coming school without proper uniform. He was continuously threatening them to make a complaint against them and use to come to the school to check the registers. He also attends the cultural programmes of the school and click the videos of girls. He was also demanding Rs.30,000/-. Several times the principal exhorted him but he didn't stop his activities and on the date of incident also he misbehaved and assaulted on the Principal and beat him by kicks and fists.
3. Plea of the petitioner is that he is a Journalist and he had published some news articles disclosing the irregularities committed by the Principal and other staff of the School, annoyed by this, to take revenge, the Principal has filed false 2 HIGH COURT OF MADHYA PRADESH : BENCH AT INDORE M.Cr.C. 4. Learned Counsel drew my attention towards a news articles published in Peoplessamchar dated 24th October, 2018.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the prayer.

It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that earlier also five criminal cases vide Crime No.180/2013 under Sections 294, 323, 506 and 427 IPC, Crime No.50/2018 under Sections 294, 323, 506 and 34 IPC and Sections 3(2) (V-A), 3(1) (D) of SC/ST Act, Crime No.906/2018 under Sections 294, 323, 324, 506 and 34 of IPC, Crime No.728/2017 under Sections 294 and 506 of IPC and Crime No.391 of 2017 under Sections 294, 323 and 506 of IPC have been registered against the petitioner. He is in practice of threatening the persons or the Public Servants in the name of Journalism and he used to blackmail the Public Servants with a threat to publish adverse news items against them. In this case also certain allegations have been made by the Principal of the School, therefore, he is not entitled for anticipatory bail.
7. Considering the allegations of the complainant and the criminal record, I do not find it proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, therefore, the petition is dismissed.
